Four addresses, so your message lands with whoever can actually answer it.
- Verifying a certificate
- verify@quickcertacademy.com — for employers checking an ID, or anyone who thinks a result is wrong. You can also check any certificate yourself at quickcertacademy.com/verify, with no account.
- Payment or access
- help@quickcertacademy.com — a certificate that did not arrive, a sign-in link that will not work, a charge you do not recognise. Include the email address you used.
- Course corrections
- editorial@quickcertacademy.com — something factually wrong, out of date, or that contradicts a current regulation. Tell us the course and lesson. These get read first.
- Privacy and data
- privacy@quickcertacademy.com — a copy of your data, deletion, or anything in the Privacy Policy.
What to expect
We answer in business hours, usually within one working day. There is no phone line and no chat widget — a written answer from someone who read your message beats a faster one that did not.
Before you write about a certificate: the verification page answers most questions on its own. It shows what was completed, when, the exam score, and — the part people usually want — what the certificate does not cover.
Requesting a course
We build the courses people ask for. If a job asked you for training we do not cover yet, write to editorial@quickcertacademy.com and tell us the role, the employer’s exact wording, and the country. That last detail matters more than it sounds: what an employer may accept differs from place to place.
