Is this a licence?
No. We issue a Certificate of Completion for the classroom portion of training. Your employer provides the hands-on practice and the workplace evaluation, on the equipment and site you will actually operate.
Is the course really free?
Yes — every lesson, every quiz and the final exam. The only thing we charge for is the certificate, and only if you want one. Lessons 1 and 2 need no account at all.
Why do I need an account from lesson 3?
So your progress is saved and you can come back on another device, and so the exam result can be attached to a certificate. It takes one email address, there is no password, and we never ask for a card.
What if I fail the exam?
Take it again. Retakes are unlimited and free, and the explanations stay available.
How does an employer check my certificate?
Every certificate carries a unique ID and a public verification page. Anyone with the ID can confirm what you completed, when, and your exam score — without going through you.
