About Quick Cert Academy
Short, self-paced courses for the jobs that ask for proof of training — and a certificate an employer can check.
What we do
We publish online courses covering the classroom half of training for trades and support roles: forklift operation, warehouse safety, and more areas as we build them. Every course is free to take. If you want a record of having completed one, a Certificate of Completion costs $9.90 and carries a unique ID with a public verification page.
Most of the people who use this site are looking for work, or already have the job and were asked for proof of training. They read on a phone, often after a shift. Everything here is built for that: short lessons, saved progress, no app to install and no card at any point in the course itself.
What we do not do
We do not certify, license or authorise anyone to operate equipment. Our courses cover formal classroom instruction. Hands-on practical training, workplace evaluation and authorisation to operate remain your employer’s responsibility, on the equipment and site you will actually work on.
A Certificate of Completion records what you finished here and nothing beyond it. We say this on the certificate, on the verification page and on every course page, because a document that gets over-read helps nobody.
How the courses are written
Course material is drafted with the help of AI tools and then reviewed by a person before it is published. Nothing reaches a reader without that review — it is enforced in the system itself, not left to memory.
Where a course touches a regulation, we name the regulation rather than paraphrasing it, and we say plainly which parts of it an online course can and cannot satisfy. If you find something wrong or out of date, tell us — corrections are the cheapest thing we can do and the most valuable thing you can give us.
How we pay for it
Two ways, and there is no third. Advertising on lesson and article pages, and the optional certificate. We do not sell reader data, we do not run sponsored courses, and no advertiser influences what a lesson says.

We are an independent publisher of self-paced training for trades and support-role jobs. We are not a school, not a licensing body, and not an approved training provider in any jurisdiction — which is why every course says what it is and what it is not, in its first lesson and its last.
